Your Information Stays Part Of A Protected Club Record
This notice explains what Panorama Football Club collects, why it is needed and the choices available to players, parents and staff.
Information We Collect
Player and guardian identity and contact information; dates of birth, school and team information; registration and consent records; attendance, fixtures and availability; coaching assessments; medical, injury and safeguarding information supplied to the club; account, fee and payment records; uploaded photographs and documents; device notification tokens; and security and audit records.
Why We Use It
We use personal information to register and safeguard players, administer teams and matches, communicate with families, record attendance and player development, manage club accounts, meet league and legal obligations, and keep Panorama ONE secure. Sensitive information is only used where necessary for player welfare, safeguarding or an authorised club function.
Who Can See It
Access is role based. Parents see information connected to their own children. Coaches and team managers see only the teams and functions assigned to them. Authorised administrators can access records required to operate the club. We do not sell personal information.
Storage And Security
Records are protected by authenticated access, encrypted network connections, database row-level security and activity logging. Selected information may be held by contracted hosting, messaging and payment providers acting for the club. Information is retained only for the club’s legitimate operational, safeguarding, historical and legal requirements.
Your Choices
You may ask to access or correct information, change notification preferences, withdraw an optional consent, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for safeguarding, accounting, dispute or legal reasons; where deletion is not lawful, access will be restricted and the reason explained.
Children’s Information
A parent or legal guardian provides consent for a minor. The club limits children’s information to authorised football, welfare and administrative purposes and applies stricter access controls to medical and safeguarding records.
